Mobile healthcare services provider DocGo has received five new contracts in various markets across the US.

These contracts encompass remote patient monitoring (RPM), virtual care management (VCM), chronic care management (CCM), cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) monitoring, and a care gap closure programme for a national health plan.

The new agreements include a contract with a national health plan, which serves nearly five million members.

Through this partnership, DocGo aims to address care gaps and reduce medical costs for hard-to-reach, unengaged members and underserved populations.

In California, DocGo is set to launch a preventative services programme offering annual wellness visits, vaccinations, diabetic retinopathy screenings, bone mineral density screenings, and electrocardiograms (ECG), among other services.

Additionally, DocGo has expanded its relationship with a not-for-profit that owns and operates ten hospitals and numerous clinics in the Pacific Northwest.

The mobile healthcare company currently monitors 3,900 patients for this client and expects to add another 4,000 patients at two more clinics for CIED remote monitoring.

The company also entered an agreement with a hospital clinic in Oklahoma, where it anticipates monitoring over 1,000 patients for CIED, and with a cardiovascular institute in Delaware to monitor over 350 patients for CIED.

Furthermore, DocGo agreed with an assisted living provider with facilities across the Southwest to provide virtual care management, including RPM and CCM services.

DocGo CEO Lee Bienstock stated: “We are proud to announce these new contracts for our mobile healthcare services. These programmes will enable us to reach more people with proactive healthcare – helping keep them healthy and out of the hospital.”
