Medical Solutions brand Matchwell and the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA) in the US have partnered to launch the nation’s first state resource pool for flexible healthcare staffing.

Dubbed Indiana Resource Pool, the offering aims to address workforce supply challenges by providing members of IHA with access to a regional and flexible workforce.

The initiative is created to support healthcare systems in Indiana to meet their staffing requirements.

It features a technology platform that aids IHA members to access pre-vetted clinicians residing in Indiana who are planning shift or contract work.
