The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 3.98% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
Out of the healthcare industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 0.99% share in July 2022, recording a decrease of 0.01% over the last three-month average share.

Alberta Health Services posted 39 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a rise of 39.29% over the previous month, followed by Penticton Regional Hospital with 6 jobs and a 20% growth. Trillium Health Partners with 4 IT jobs and McKesson with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Vancouver Coastal Health recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during July 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.16%, up by 9.09% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 22.81% share, registered an increase of 62.5% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 14.04% share, flat growth over June 2022.
