Novant Health has begun site work for the construction of Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center in North Carolina, US.
The Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center is expected to provide convenient and personalised care to residents of Hampstead and Scotts Hill by offering a range of services in one location.
These services will include imaging, cancer treatment, cardiac rehabilitation, and surgical procedures.
Focusing on wellness and individualised treatment plans, the campus will be designed to meet the evolving trends in healthcare.
The new medical centre is said to be part of Novant Health’s mission to improve healthcare access for growing communities and is expected to serve as a vital resource for the region.
It will connect to the existing Novant Health Emergency Department in Scotts Hill.

“Growing access is a high priority, and we are excited about developing this campus and adding new services.”
Novant Health’s New Hanover Regional Medical Center chief operating officer Laurie Whalin said: “Our vision of the future is we’re going to bring health care services to you versus you having to come all the way to us.”
