The CCP’s Hybrid Choice programme is claimed to enhance the doctor-patient relationship and prioritise preventive wellness.

It allows patients to opt for an enhanced service experience while still being able to receive care from the physicians in their traditional practice.

From two different New York City locations, the participating physicians will continue to accept insurance and Medicare, ensuring accessibility for all patients.
