WebPT has introduced Message Manager, a communication platform to optimise operations and elevate care coordination for rehab therapy practices.
The platform utilises a high-powered communication application programming interface (API) from Kno2 that enables easy and secure exchange of patient information across providers, patients, payers and IT vendors.
It also allows members to easily manage complete inbound and outbound communication received through digital fax or Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) within the WebPT platform directly.
This automation saves time and enables allocation of front-office resources more efficiently.
Clinics can also easily strengthen relationships with referral sources, who prefer sending referrals to DSM-enabled clinics exclusively for meeting their Incentive Payment System (MIPS) requirements based on Merit.
In addition, through an automatic listing on the DirectTrust Provider Directory, these clinics can gain more visibility.
