Conway OB-GYN Clinic, the oldest OB-GYN clinic in Faulkner County, Arkansas, US, has transitioned to eClinicalWorks Cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution.
The clinic’s switch to eClinicalWorks aims to enhance operational efficiency and interoperability.
Conway OB-GYN Clinic will deploy eClinicalWorks’ artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool called Scribe, which leverages natural language processing (NLP) and voice dictation software to record clinical observations in real-time, enabling physicians to save time and costs.
The clinic will also use PRISMA, which is claimed to be the industry’s first health information search engine.
It will facilitate quick updates to medical records and help access a broad range of patient data during care, supporting informed decision-making.
Conway OB-GYN Clinic practice manager Robin Fagala said: “eClinicalWorks provides us with an array of health IT solutions like PRISMA and Scribe, up-to-date staff training, and reporting efficiencies all while meeting our financial needs.
