US-based addiction treatment services provider Southland Recovery has chosen to implement eClinicalWorks’ Cloud EHR to enhance patient care and streamline operations.
This facility opted for eClinicalWorks to achieve a unified Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution.
The eClinicalWorks Kickstart programme was used for the EHR technology implementation, offering special pricing, marketing support, and access to various features, including EMR, billing, and online booking.
Southland Recovery will also leverage eClinicalWorks Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and the behavioural health solution to improve billing and provide more effective care to patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Southland Recovery programme director Joshua Kaplan said: “We are looking forward to our partnership with eClinicalWorks and taking advantage of their Kickstart programme, which provides a structured, tailored approach to implementing EHR technology.
“We believe that the eClinicalWorks cloud-based platform will allow us to streamline our operations, improve care coordination, and enhance patient outcomes in one unified solution.
