US-based health technology company DeepScribe has launched its Trust and Safety Suite as a new component of its Ambient AI Technology.
The suite aims to establishing the safety, transparency and ethical standards of AI applications in healthcare, as well as ensure AI advancements are fully reliable.
The Trust and Safety Suite introduces three ‘pivotal’ features, namely Clinical Moments, Note Insights and Expert Human Audits.
Clinical Moments allows healthcare professionals to trace AI-generated medical notes back to their origins in clinical conversations, with the aim of promoting accuracy and transparency.
Clinicians can select any part of the transcript and DeepScribe will pinpoint when that segment was discussed in the encounter.
Note Insights feature offers an audit dashboard that displays real-world performance metrics of the DeepScribe system within an organisation.
