US-based Stamford Health has announced the launch of the Harbor Point Walk-In Center, a new immediate care facility in Stamford’s Harbor Point neighbourhood.
Situated at 170 Washington Blvd., the centre is the health system’s fourth immediate care walk-in clinic and its second establishment in Harbor Point, following the HSS Sports Rehab Harbor Point.
The Harbor Point clinic will offer walk-in services from 8am to 8pm daily for patients aged 14 years and above.
The healthcare offerings provided at the facility include treatment for general illnesses, cold, the flu, and Covid-19 symptoms, as well as vaccinations and care for minor injuries and sprains.
Stamford Health plans to launch OB-GYN and other women’s health services shortly at the new centre.
This addition to Stamford Health’s network of ambulatory locations aims to deliver medical care to the local community, particularly to those new to the area or without a primary care physician.
