Brand Engagement Network (BEN), a personalised customer engagement AI technology provider, has signed two separate contracts with INTERVENT International and concierge healthcare company Members Only Health (MOH) to further the development of healthcare AI assistants.
The collaborations aim to enhance professional development and healthcare access by integrating AI into health coaching and patient engagement processes.
The partnership between BEN and INTERVENT will focus on integrating human-modelled AI assistants into the latter’s health coaching programmes.
The AI-driven model will offer 24/7, multilingual support, providing expertise comparable to experienced human health coaches.
It promises to train coaches more efficiently and serve a greater number of participants at a lower cost.
The AI assistants developed by BEN will be capable of complex interactions and mirroring human capabilities, such as hearing, seeing, and speaking, as well as understanding.

BEN CEO Paul Chang said: “Improving patient experiences and healthcare outcomes starts with elevating the education and training of healthcare professionals and enhancing access to healthcare.
“Supplementing training programmes, health coaching (digital and otherwise), and patient engagement with AI technology helps to address significant resource and labour gaps in the healthcare industry while empowering professionals and patients to make informed decisions for optimal health.”
INTERVENT caters to a diverse clientele, including employees and patients from more than 140 medical facilities in Canada, the US, and other countries.
Based in Los Angeles, California, MOH specialises in connecting patients with preventative healthcare providers for discreet, in-home appointments.
