Agape Care Group, a provider of hospice and palliative care, has expanded its reach by acquiring select Crossroads Hospice facilities across four US states.

The acquired locations are situated in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Georgia.

This move marks a significant growth phase for Agape Care Group, which is backed by middle market private equity company Ridgemont Equity Partners.

The financial details and other terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Following the deal’s completion, the Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma facilities will operate under the ACG Hospice brand, while the Georgia facility will adopt the Georgia Hospice Care brand name.

Crossroads Hospice will maintain its operations in Tennessee, Ohio, and Pennsylvania post-deal.
