It is being delivered by a joint venture of Ryan Companies and Globe, which is the owner and developer of GSQ development.
Spanning around 62,475ft², the three-storey building is fully preleased to Banner Health.
Banner Health plans to offer a range of medical services within the GSQ Medical Building, including cardiovascular services, primary care, orthopaedics, and on-site labs and imaging facilities.
