Grand View Health and St Luke’s University Health Network have signed an agreement to partner and unite their healthcare services, a move poised to enhance patient care quality across their networks.
The partnership, anticipated to be finalised by mid-to-late 2025, is subject to regulatory review and closing conditions.
It has received unanimous support from the boards of both organisations.
This strategic move follows a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) signed in September.
Grand View president and CEO Doug Hughes said: “This is a strategic decision to assure Grand View’s future for the benefit of our community and our patients.
“Our Board of Trustees and senior leadership team welcome this opportunity to become part of St Luke’s, a network whose name is synonymous with quality, compassionate care and an outstanding culture.”
