AMI Healthcare Group and GAD International company have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to manage hospitals in the Middle East.
Under the terms of the MoU, the companies will establish a strategic partnership to operate and manage hospitals as well as healthcare facilities principally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
Throughout the Middle East, AMI and GAD will work to address the increasing need for quality management services and healthcare delivery.
They will mainly focus on turn-key management of small, medium, and large capacity hospitals.
AMI and GAD will leverage their collective experience and resources to offer a comprehensive list of services.
With this, the companies will be able to deliver better outcomes for patients and achieve profitable operations.
