The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 26.89% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Belgium’s healthcare industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
KBC Group posted 203 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a drop of 25.91% over the previous month, followed by Cognizant Technology Solutions with 6 jobs and a 64.71% drop. Atos with 6 IT jobs and Agfa-Gevaert with 4 jobs, recorded a 500% flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Materialise recorded a decline of 55.56% with 4 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 83.95%, down by 23.31% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 12.76% share, registered a decline of 42.59% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 2.88% share, down 53.33% over July 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.41%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
