The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 2.31% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland’s healthcare industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
DXC Technology posted 1,108 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 1.65% over the previous month, followed by Swiss Re with 20 jobs and an 11.11% growth. International Business Machines with 9 IT jobs and Helvetia Group with 7 jobs, recorded a 50% flat growth and a 133.33% flat growth, respectively, while Cognizant Technology Solutions recorded a decline of 14.29% with 6 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.21%, down by 4.21% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 19.13% share, registered an increase of 15.54% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.66% share, up 1% over August 2021.
