Health tech company Arcadia has launched its next-generation data platform, which leverages an open lakehouse architecture to help improve healthcare organisations’ big data utilisation.
The platform, designed to support population health and value-based care, offers significant speed and agility enhancements, almost doubling the performance of its previous version, stated the technology vendor.
Arcadia chief product and technology officer Nick Stepro said: “Arcadia’s data platform seamlessly integrates diverse healthcare information quickly and at scale to enhance decision-making, reduce cognitive load, and drive efficiency for end users ranging from clinical to analytical.
“Additionally, investing in Arcadia’s powerful platform accelerates digital transformation by making it faster and easier to adopt the latest technology and deliver it to the healthcare workforce.”
Implemented by over 15 customers, including Umpqua Health, the new platform allows healthcare organisations to expedite digital transformation and adopt generative AI solutions more swiftly.
Arcadia said its data platform unifies the expansive storage and flexibility of data lakes with the structured querying capabilities of data warehouses.
