Data and analytics technology and services provider Health Catalyst has announced a partnership with US-based Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) to accelerate cost-management transformation and improved patient outcomes.
Under the expansive, multi-year partnership, Health Catalyst and OHH will initially work to fast-track the organisation’s efforts to improve revenue cycle analytics as well as performance.
They will also partner to drive transparency on the cost of care and further provide clinicians with the right data to inform their patient care delivery processes.
Additionally, the partnership will focus on the future operational and clinical improvement projects of OHH.
Oklahoma Heart Hospital CFO Tracy Enloe said: “We are excited to partner with Health Catalyst to help transform OHH’s analytics capability.
“We are confident that the combination of OHH’s commitment to world-class patient care and Health Catalyst’s extensive data and analytics experience will ensure OHH is positioned for continued success as the healthcare landscape continues to evolve.”
OHH has selected Health Catalyst’s Data Operating System (DOS) platform and DOS Marts to support the transformational work.
DOS Marts have been designed to address many analytic scenarios and are built on the DOS platform. They offer a curated, reusable, customisable layer of data content, logic, and algorithms.
Health Catalyst CEO Dan Burton said: “We believe our solution, combined with OHH’s team members’ commitment to quality and improvement, will yield massive, measurable healthcare transformation.”
The solution, which includes access to the Health Catalyst Clinical Operations Resource Utilization System (CORUS) Suite and Revenue Cycle Advisor, provides a comprehensive view of the true cost of patient care to OHH.
