US-based mental health non-profit agency Mental Health Cooperative (MHC) has adopted the eClinicalWorks behavioural health module to improve its practice efficiency, staff satisfaction and patient care.
eClinicalWorks has introduced its 24-hour behavioural health solution for diverse care levels, including residential, detox and intensive outpatient programme (IOP) services, to MHC’s 67-provider and 41-bed network.

It includes dedicated intake notes to streamline triage and provider workflows, structured screenings with standardised messages, and a bed management feature for tracking and monitoring patient accommodations.
