New England Life Care (NELC) in the US has chosen ScriptMed Infusion, a cloud-native pharmacy management software from Inovalon, to enhance its home infusion services.

NELC will utilise ScriptMed Infusion’s customisable features to improve patient engagement and support data-driven decision-making.

The software aims to empower providers to deliver patient-centred care and improve operational efficiencies. Its real-time analytics, streamlined workflows and interoperability features are also expected to improve patient engagement.

In addition to adopting ScriptMed Infusion, NELC is integrating Inovalon’s DataStream technology to provide on-demand access to patient-specific clinical data, including critical diagnosis and medication profiles.

The integration is set to enhance clinical workflows, patient experience, and informed care decisions by prepopulating patient medical history data.
