Galliford Try Investments will be investing and providing management services to the company, which will be set up to fund the project.
The 23,000m² community hospital will be built on the existing Roodlands Campus located in Haddington.
Following completion, the facility will provide a range of community based services, including day surgery, mental health inpatient beds, medicine for the elderly, a pharmacy and other community based treatment services.
