National Research Corporation (NRC Health) has launched a range of artificial intelligence (AI)- enabled healthcare solutions.
These products, along with a new acquisition and partnership, were announced at the company’s 30th annual conference, HUB24.
During HUB24, NRC Health announced the acquisition of Nobl, which provides advanced rounding solutions for healthcare organisations.
In addition, the company launched Huey, a secure, private AI engine that adheres to a moral framework aligning with human-centric values.
Huey aims to provide coaching, feedback, and actionable insights to healthcare professionals, including frontline teams and clinicians.
NRC Health chief product and technology officer Christophe Louvion said: “All of our next-generation products are powered by NRC Health’s secure, private AI engine Huey, healthcare’s first AI engine and large language model (LLM) trained exclusively on the personalised data that matters most to clinical teams and patients.”

AI-driven listening tool nGage captures unstructured feedback in the natural language of patients and employees. It utilises video, image, and free text to understand experiences throughout their journey.
nQuire offers smart feedback summaries, aggregating customer feedback quickly while also transforming vast amounts of data into meaningful insights based on actual customer comments.
The predictive conversation tool nVolve, developed using the best of Nobl, is tailored for patient and employee experience use cases.
Meanwhile, nLighten provides personalised feedback and coaching for clinical teams, and nAct facilitates smart service recovery by drafting recommended responses to help teams resolve issues more effectively.
NRC Health also formed a partnership with Medallia, which will bolster its capabilities in consumer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX).
Medallia’s technology provides scalable tools for journey listening, advanced reporting, and sophisticated contact centre offerings, addressing key areas that impact human healthcare experiences.
