US-based health centre Oak Orchard Health is using eClinicalWorks’ AI medical scribe, Sunoh.ai, in an effort to improve its patient care and practice operations.
The centre’s use of Sunoh.ai has reportedly saved providers up to five minutes for each patient interaction, enhancing clinical efficiency and lessening provider burden.
Oak Orchard Health said that integrating the AI medical scribe with the eClinicalWorks electronic health record (EHR) system had streamlined clinical documentation for its care providers.
Oak Orchard Health’s chief information officer Jason Kuder said: “Our providers report that Sunoh.ai’s ability to draft history of present illness (HPI) has significantly reduced their mental strain, allowing them to focus more on patient care.
“Sunoh.ai is helping most of our providers complete 100% of their notes by the end of the day.”
Oak Orchard Health has also adopted eClinicalWorks’ healow CHECK-IN and Kiosk solutions, which have both reportedly helped reduce patient wait times and front desk workloads.
