Chicago-based Resilience Healthcare has entered into a seven-year contract with healthcare IT provider Altera Digital Health.
Under this collaboration, the health system will deploy Altera’s Paragon electronic health record (EHR) platform at its facilities.
Resilience Healthcare, which operates multiple facilities, previously used different EHR systems for acute and ambulatory care.
According to Altera, Paragon is a specialised Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform designed for community health systems, particularly in rural and community hospitals.
It integrates acute and ambulatory EHR features, offering clinical information and decision support tools at the point of care.
The platform focuses on improving clinician satisfaction, with workflow intelligence guides for efficient patient information retrieval.
