Primary care services provider Rural Healthcare Group (RHG) has completed its purchase of Steward Medical Group and Steward Health Care Network.
RHG said it will rebrand the consolidated company to Revere Medical as part of the agreement. The combined company plans to invest in the Stewardship infrastructure across people and technology.
Revere Medical, which is owned by Kinderhook Industries, aims to keep care local, ensuring that patients continue to have access to their existing providers, specialists, and hospitals.The combined company aims to create a provider-empowered culture, enabling clinic teams to deliver care in a better way for patients.
It allows clinic teams and providers across technology, services, people, and workflows to optimise clinics for the benefit of the entire community.
Revere Medical CEO Benson Sloan said: “This is an exciting time for both Stewardship and RHG, now known as Revere Medical. Combining the organizations will allow for Revere Medical to accelerate the impact of our operating model across more providers, patients, and communities.
“The next step is to integrate the two organizations while making further investments to bolster the delivery of care. As Revere Medical, our mission of improving the lives of people in underserved areas through high-quality care remains unchanged.”
