The collaborative effort includes the launch of the new “engageX solution”, which leverages the NICE CXone platform to deliver enhanced patient care and healthcare accessibility.

engageX has been introduced to offer seamless management capabilities to facilitate patient inquiries across various communication channels with the help of a single, unified interface.
These communication channels include video patient interactions, email, voice, and chat.
This integration further ensures comprehensive and efficient responses, which is expected to greatly enhance the patient experience.

TruDoc, established in 2011, is a telehealth provider that utilises advanced technology and strategic partnerships to address the healthcare needs of the global population.
The company aims to bridge the quality and access gap in healthcare, particularly for high-risk chronic patients.
In February this year, TruDoc Healthcare expanded its presence in the Asian market with the acquisition of the India-based chronic disease management platform Wellthy Therapeutics for an undisclosed sum.
