
Gastroenterology services provider United Digestive has chosen eClinicalWorks’ AI-powered contact centre solution, healow Genie, to improve patient interaction and for streamlined operations across its practices.
The upcoming integration will offer patients 24/7 access to essential health information via chatbot, text or voice call.
The AI medical receptionist will handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing bill payments, and managing medication refills or referral requests, aiming to reduce the workload of medical staff.
It is designed to increase accessibility and enhance patient communication while offering continuous support and effective appointment management.
