British construction company Willmott Dixon has secured a contract from Hounslow Council and the NHS to build a £40m ($50m) health centre in Chiswick, UK.
To be designed by Allies & Morrison, the proposed health centre in Hounslow will replace an existing facility.
The facility will provide a broader range of GP services, including community and mental health services.
The new facility will also include consulting and examination rooms, district nurse facilities and community rooms.
In addition, the unit will feature a public community garden, a private landscaped central courtyard and a fifth floor terrace and gardens.
Hounslow Council Regeneration and Development cabinet member councillor Tom Bruce said: “I am delighted that residents in Chiswick will benefit from a new state-of-the-art health facility.
