Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Kaushambi in India has launched an initiative to improve patient care through the use of artificial intelligence (AI).

The SmartCare Monitoring Programme aims to use Dozee’s artificial intelligence (AI) based contactless remote patient monitoring (RPM) and early warning system (EWS) to identify and address clinical deterioration early.

Yashoda Hospital said the SmartCare Monitoring Programme represented a shift towards continuous, data-driven, and proactive healthcare.

Dozee’s system allows healthcare professionals to monitor vital parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration rate, temperature, oxygen saturation levels and electrocardiogram signals remotely.

Dozee chief technology officer and co-founder Gaurav Parchani said: “Our AI-powered EWS will play a crucial role in early clinical deterioration detection, facilitating timely care and preventing emergencies.

“With continuous monitoring and early warnings, the hospital isn’t just embracing technology—it’s prioritising patient safety.”
