Aidéo Technologies and Surgical Notes have expanded their partnership to bring enhanced technology for coding operations to ambulatory surgical centres (ASCs).
Known for its AI-powered coding workflow productivity tools, Aidéo will offer Surgical Notes its Gemini AutoCode product to improve coding operations while maintaining accuracy.
In addition, Surgical Notes will serve as the exclusive reseller of Aidéo's Gemini Coder Platform to larger management companies seeking automated solutions for their own coding operations.
The Gemini Coder Platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that combines physician notes with a claim-building interface, providing real-time feedback to coders for consistency and adherence to local rules.
Aidéo CEO David Shelton said: "We are excited for the opportunity to work with such a forward-thinking, experienced and high-quality partner in Surgical Notes.
"They are the market leader in revenue cycle management and the perfect partner to bring the power of the Gemini Solutions Suite to the ASC market."
Aidéo's Gemini Solutions Suite empowers coders by combining the Gemini Coder Platform with AI-driven coding.
This enables coders to focus on complex claims while contributing to the growth of AI capabilities, stated the firm.
Shelton added: "The work that our teams have done here is a breakthrough for AI in revenue cycle management.
"Surgical Notes works with all types of ASCs. The AI model in production is successfully coding in all specialities at the same time.
"We eliminated the need to section off a specific speciality, procedure or even customer to develop the AI model, and the methodology we created is both repeatable and scalable."
