The cloud-based system is expected to offer customisable templates, e-prescribing and voice recognition among others.

August 09 2023

Best Medical Care PC has chosen to use the eClinicalWorks Cloud EHR to enhance patient care and operational workflows.

The cloud-based system will offer customisable templates, voice recognition, e-prescribing, integrated billing and reporting tools.

This transition allows the practice to streamline clinical processes, improve efficiency, and provide real-time access to patient information.

By leveraging eClinicalWorks Cloud, Best Medical Care aims to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase staff productivity.

In addition to eClinicalWorks Cloud, the medical practice will leverage eClinicalWorks solutions such as healow CHECK-IN and Messenger to improve communication with patients.

Best Medical Care will also benefit from PRISMA, a health information search engine that consolidates patient records from various sources.

Best Medical Care chief operating officer Kamran Siddiqui said: “By transitioning to the eClinicalWorks Cloud, we have enhanced our workflows and are providing the best possible care to our patients.

“The Cloud offers limitless computer power, storage, and memory, and we no longer deal with the maintenance and costs of servers.

“The advanced capabilities and access to data at the point of care allow us to streamline operations and spend more time focusing on our patients, ultimately improving their health outcomes.”

eClinicalWorks provide tools for ambulatory practices, health centres, urgent care facilities, and hospital systems, assisting them in managing clinical documentation, revenue cycles, patient relationships, and population health initiatives.
