Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, a global technology company, has secured a contract to implement an advanced outpatient management system (OMS) at Pinnacle Hospitals in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The new OMS is designed to optimise hospital workflows and improve patient care.
Valued at around Rs20m ($229,410), the project highlights Blue Cloud's dedication to advancing healthcare through AI-powered technology.

The implementation of the OMS will take place over a ten-week period in a phased approach.
Key features of the system include pharmacy and lab integration, home sample collection, real-time inventory tracking, and multilingual voice dictation capabilities in both English and the local language (Telugu).
The focus is on streamlining appointment management, lab and diagnostics booking, electronic medical records (EMR), prescription management, and providing secure patient record access.
The project encompasses a secure cloud-based infrastructure, an integrated mobile application for patient accessibility, and real-time synchronisation with the hospital's existing database systems.
The multilingual voice dictation feature is expected to aid doctors, while robust security protocols will ensure healthcare data standards compliance.
