HCLTech has entered an agreement with Children’s Minnesota in the US to use AI to enhance operational efficiency.
This collaboration aims to streamline the delivery of services and improve patient care within the paediatric health system.
Children’s Minnesota senior vice-president and chief information officer Dave Lundal said: "As we aim to continue to provide best-in-class care to our patients and community, we are confident that HCLTech is the right partner to ensure our innovative operations will enable us to stay true to our core mission of championing the health needs of children and their families.
“The combination of HCLTech’s expertise in seamless, digital transformations and our dedicated technology team will not only help optimise our technology infrastructure and applications for future growth but allow us to focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our patients.”
The partnership will see HCLTech deploy its AI Force platform to transform the operational systems at Children’s Minnesota.
This full-stack AI solution is expected to streamline processes, reduce tasks that are carried out manually, and facilitate data-driven decision-making, ultimately improving the quality of healthcare services and patient experiences.
The generative AI platform facilitates service transformation throughout the IT operations and software engineering lifecycle.
It integrates intelligence into all aspects of software development, from gathering requirements and software design to coding, testing, DevOps, and ongoing support and maintenance. It also enhances productivity while expediting the time-to-market.
HCLTech Healthcare Industries executive vice-president Shantanu Baruah said: “This partnership reflects our commitment to leveraging AI with premier client service for healthcare organisations to improve patient outcomes.”
