The Institute for Comprehensive Spine Care has opened a new Comprehensive Wellness Center at Englewood in the New Jersey state of the US.
Located at 25 Rockwood Place, the facility is aimed at expanding the institute’s commitment to holistic health, providing various services to enhance the physical and nutritional well-being of patients.
An array of specialised services, including chiropractic care utilising advanced techniques for spinal health, IV drip therapy with tailored nutrient infusions are available at the wellness centre.
Customised dietary plans from a nutrition specialist, exercise programmes from an exercise physiologist and a new 360 CoreBoard System for core-targeted workouts are also provided for the patients at the facility.
The 360 CoreBoard System is created to boost standard fitness practices while eliminating stress on the lower back of the body.
The Wellness centre is spearheaded by Dr Gbolahan Okubadejo, a spine surgeon in New Jersey and head of The Institute for Comprehensive Spine Care.
Dr Okubadejo created the 360 CoreBoard system, which enhances core exercises by expanding the range of motion.
Dr Okubadejo said: “True wellness begins from the inside out, and comprehensive wellness requires a truly holistic approach.
“We've put together a team that takes into account the entire body with maximal function in mind. We can't wait for you to meet the entire team and truly get optimised.”
Patients seeking to book appointments can do so over the phone or through the facility’s website.
The Institute for Comprehensive Spine Care also operates offices in Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, Englewood and Jersey City to offer accessible care to people.
