MatrixCare, a global technology company specialising in the post-acute space, entered an alliance with Tranzion, a subsidiary of National HealthCare Corporation (NHC).
This collaboration is set to deliver electronic health record (EHR) technology, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to address the requirement for EHR services, specifically in the senior living market.
In addition, the partnership aims to enhance Tranzion’s service offerings and promote innovation across various sectors such as IT services and clinical consulting, mainly on an ad-hoc basis.
Tranzion, focusing on agile change management, seeks to bring economies of scale to small and midsize post-acute providers.
The goal is to offer advanced protocols and advanced technology to improve patient care and streamline operations.
MatrixCare said that with its support, Tranzion is well-positioned to offer holistic technology solutions that will enable senior living and long-term care providers to thrive in a changing healthcare environment.
NHC chief information officer Andy Flatt said: “Our experience of utilising MatrixCare’s technology solutions and robust EHR drove our decision to partner with MatrixCare to discover innovative ways to impact quality care and offer advanced technology solutions to post-acute providers.
“We are confident that our partnership with MatrixCare aligns seamlessly with our vision of modernising the post-acute industry.”
MatrixCare said its software solutions are widely used in out-of-hospital care settings.
MatrixCare senior living and long-term care general manager Bharat Monteiro said: “We eagerly anticipate extending their outstanding quality of care and service across the industry. Together, we’re positioned to usher in a transformative era in senior living and long-term care, enhancing both patient outcomes and operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology.”
