NJIFPR selects NextGen’s solutions to enhance patient care 

The partnership will see the deployment of EHR and PM solutions for optimising documentation and billing processes for NJIFPR.

The NJ Institute for Pain Relief (NJIFPR) has selected NextGen Healthcare to support its existing and future healthcare locations across New Jersey, US.  

This partnership aims to streamline operations and enhance patient care through advanced electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) solutions. 

The NextGen Orthopedic Suite and NextGen Therapy Suite, offering comprehensive EHR and PM solutions, will be instrumental in optimising documentation and billing processes for NJIFPR.  

This integration is expected to support the institute's growth plans of opening new sites for next year and beyond. 

NextGen Mobile will provide NJIFPR's team with the flexibility to manage patient care remotely, improving their work-life balance.  

It allows specialists to access schedules, refill medications, and handle patient charts from any location.

It is dedicated to providing advanced, minimally invasive treatments for effective pain management. 

The implementation of NextGen Patient Engage, powered by Luma, will enhance NJIFPR's patient engagement by offering mobile-friendly appointment reminders and intake processes.  

In addition, the NextGen Waitlist feature will enable patients to join a digital queue for their preferred appointment times. 

All of these technological advancements are part of NJIFPR's strategic vision for expansion and are aimed at improving both provider and patient experiences.  

As the institute grows, it is focused on connecting more residents of New Jersey with quality care.
