Novari Health and Personify Care have entered into a strategic collaboration to deliver various offerings for waitlist optimisation and healthcare personalisation.
The Novari Access to Care Platform is designed to alleviate capacity constraints, shorten wait times, and guarantee timely patient access to necessary healthcare services.
This offering encompasses integrated software modules for managing surgical waitlists, referrals, wait time reporting, central intake, and care coordination.
The latest collaboration aims to address the critical issue of prolonged wait times for surgical procedures and enhance patient care coordination.
Healthcare entities, including health systems, regional health authorities, hospitals, and governments are adopting Novari’s cloud-based solutions to cut down waiting periods and provide timely, equitable care to patients.
Furthermore, this solution will allow the referral management systems of Novari to effortlessly initiate clinically defined prehabilitation and pre-admission pathways.
These pathways aim to prepare patients more effectively and inform them about their care, thus reducing the administrative load on clinical teams and enabling them to concentrate on delivering high-value care.

Novari also announced the launch of the Novari Patient Engage in the Canadian and UK markets, which will be powered by the technology platform of Personify Care.
Additionally, a fully interoperable offering will be made available for various health systems operating in Australia and New Zealand, with support from both companies.
