Digital health company Novobeing, which is focused on stress management and self-care, has rolled out a multi-sensory well-being application on Meta Quest.

The application is intended to transform mental well-being through immersive experiences.

This app offers immersive experiences designed to enhance relaxation, stress relief, and mental clarity by combining calming audio-visual elements, mindfulness meditation, and breathwork techniques for well-being using virtual reality.

It offers on-demand, multisensory experiences, live sessions, and an intuitive hand-tracking interface.

Novobeing co-founder and CEO Sid Desai said: "In today's fast-paced world, stress has become an overpowering influence impacting the health and happiness of millions of people.

"By merging scientifically-proven stress reduction methods with cutting-edge VR technology, we're upgrading the way people enhance their well-being."

Desai further noted: "Our dedicated team has curated the most captivating and immersive experiences for relaxation and mindfulness.

“With the expansive global accessibility of Meta Quest, we're thrilled about extending the impact of our well-being tools to even more people."

According to Novobeing, its immersive environments, along with immersive music and audio-visual cues, create a meditative atmosphere for relaxation.

The company has collaborated with clinicians and researchers to ensure its experiences are evidence-based.

It is currently carrying out clinical trials in association with researchers at the University of Calgary, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Penn Medicine.

The app is available for free, allowing users to join a well-being community and provide feedback for future development.
