Renown Health has announced a partnership with NRC Health to improve its network through human-centred healthcare solutions and advanced, data-driven insights.

This collaboration aims to deepen the understanding of patient needs, employee engagement, and community service.

As Northern Nevada’s not-for-profit healthcare network, Renown Health serves over one million people in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and eastern California.

The partnership with NRC Health is set to support Renown in its operational effectiveness initiatives, which encompass streamlining manual reporting processes, improving service recovery-related capabilities, and providing trusted data for benchmarking to improve care-team engagement.

NRC Health's expertise in CAHPS outreach methods is expected to support larger sample sizes and insights, enabling Renown to concentrate on areas to improve.
