Open Mind Health has announced a strategic partnership with behavioural health technology provider NeuroFlow to strengthen its measurement-based care delivery.
Under this collaboration, Open Mind Health will incorporate NeuroFlow's advanced technology platform to expand its mental health care offerings, leveraging a data-driven approach.
The platform of NeuroFlow combines patient-reported outcomes with real-time data analytics, which aids Open Mind Health's providers in obtaining insights into their patients' mental health status.
This integration will help in providing more proactive and efficient care that is customised to the individual needs of patients.
Open Mind Health has personalised treatment programmes, known as Wellness Tracks, designed to address the fundamental causes of behavioural health issues.
The 21 Wellness Tracks of the company focus on key symptoms, life domains, and varied demographics.
Clients can also use the Wellness Tracks to examine and progress their overall degree of personal evolution.

NeuroFlow has extended its capabilities into behavioural health provider organisations with the purchase of Owl. This allows NeuroFlow's platform to interact with main and speciality care settings, offering a comprehensive perspective of the behavioural health risk within a community.
