EMMI Technologies has secured a national group purchasing agreement from healthcare improvement company Premier to provide remote patient monitoring solutions.
Under the agreement, Premier members can utilise special pricing and terms that have been pre-negotiated by the company for EmmiTec.Health's remote patient monitoring solutions.
From 1 November this year, the agreement will give healthcare providers a potential profit centre through EmmiTec.Health’s technology.
EmmiTec.Health's platform is designed to enhance patient care and profitability for healthcare providers.
The company said the platform's new 2025 CPT codes offer improved billing opportunities, allowing providers to increase their profitability.
EmmiTec.Health’s capabilities are mainly aimed at 'transforming traditional cost centres into revenue-generating services' by reducing hospital readmissions, providing virtual patient care and improving patient outcomes.
The platform is claimed to integrate 'seamlessly' with existing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enable comprehensive, patient-centred care without interrupting existing workflows.
EmmiTech.Health said it improves coordination of care, allows data to be shared in real-time and enhances clinical decision making, further increasing the value of its Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions.
The company's RPM solutions are designed to support healthcare providers in offering chronic condition management, primary care and other vital healthcare services.
