US-based healthcare company Press Ganey has introduced a new AI-powered tool called Dynamic Conversations to help healthcare organisations improve the way they gather feedback from patients, providers, and communities.
This tool, part of Press Ganey's Human Experience (HX) Platform, will leverage generative AI and large language models to enhance surveys in real-time by predicting and presenting the most relevant questions based on survey responses.
This tool aims to enhance organisations' user experience, boost completion rates, and elicit quality responses.
Additionally, Dynamic Conversations streamlines survey design by eliminating the necessity for intricate question trees.
Users can specify the feedback they seek from their audience, allowing the survey to generate relevant questions.
This streamlined process claims to enable organisations to acquire comprehensive insights without the need to expand the sample size or the number of questions posed.
Currently in development, Dynamic Conversations is scheduled for a pilot launch with select customers in 2024.
Press Ganey president Darren Dworkin said: “Artificial intelligence presents endless opportunities to improve the human experience in healthcare, enabling organisations to deliver better care, at a lower cost to patients.
“The challenge that organisations face is that large language models are only as good as the data and human expertise that designs and trains them.
“Press Ganey brings decades of expertise, survey benchmarks and the industry’s largest safety and experience healthcare database to measure and improve healthcare journeys.”
