San Antonio Rehabilitation Hospital in Texas, US, has announced its official opening on 6 December.
Operational since September 2023, the hospital specialises in providing inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals suffering from stroke, brain injury, hip fracture, major trauma, and other complex neurological and orthopaedic conditions.
Located in the medical district of San Antonio, this one-storey facility features 48 private inpatient bedrooms, a therapy gym, an outdoor courtyard for therapy activities, and common areas for family and friend visitation.
The facility is managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners and owned and developed by New Era Companies and WB Development.
This collaborative effort brings together medical rehab physicians, therapists, rehab-trained nurses, and a dedicated care team to develop intensive rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's needs.
Nobis Rehabilitation Partners COO Christopher Bergh said: “Our multi-disciplinary hospital rehab team of physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and specialised rehabilitation nurses, as well as our hospital support team, have come together to provide quality medical rehabilitation to the San Antonio and surrounding communities.”
Nobis Rehabilitation Partners collaborates with various stakeholders to operate and manage inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Real estate development company WB Development Partners offers comprehensive project management services.
New Era Companies, a healthcare real estate development and capital investment firm, collaborates with healthcare entities to enhance medical services and deliver positive outcomes through its multidisciplinary approach and experienced management team.
