TICA's UAE branch has secured a Phase II contract with Dubai HMS Mirdif Hospital, providing latest air conditioning and purification solutions.

This partnership underscores the hospital's effort to maintaining high environmental and air quality standards through the use of TICA's technology.

Dubai HMS Mirdif Hospital is undergoing expansion with its Phase II project, which includes the addition of speciality wards and the latest operating rooms.

The hospital has conducted an extensive selection process to ensure that the equipment meets stringent air quality standards.

TICA, known for its advanced technology, was chosen to supply variable frequency air-cooled screw chillers, FCU DC units, Air Pioneer air handling units and control systems to the hospital.

TICA's air-cooled screw chillers are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 52°C and have an Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV) of 4.93.

The company's Air Pioneer AHU features a frameless design with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) insulation, available in various thicknesses, and uses non-cold bridge material to enhance insulation, meeting the specific needs of healthcare facilities.

The technology provided by TICA includes brushless DC motors that achieve up to 80% efficiency, significantly higher than the 45% efficiency of traditional AC motors.

This focus on safety, comfort, energy savings, and cost-effectiveness aligns with the needs of medical environments.

TICA is poised to utilise its global resources in research and development, production, and services to foster growth and strengthen collaborations with Arab partners.
