UofL Health in the US is set to deploy Verato’s healthcare master data management (hMDM) solution for supporting accurate identity management across its complete enterprise.

The enterprise comprises eight hospitals, four medical centres, and around 200 physician practice locations.

More than 1,000 providers in Louisville and surrounding counties, including southern Indiana also form part of the enterprise.

With Verato’s hMDM solution, a unified view of patients can be maintained across several systems to support the digital transformation process.

UofL Health will also be able to create and maintain precise and complete patient information to support quality care.

The platform also enables a complete 360° view of consumers, patients, members, providers, and communities.

UofL Health is looking to establish an accurate patient identity foundation as it continues to scale and migrate disparate data sources into one source of truth.
