Ventra Health has merged with ADVOCATE RCM, a provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services for radiology and other facility-based physician specialties.  

ADVOCATE RCM will now be a division within Ventra, resulting in the creation of a large and advanced technology-enabled provider of end-to-end RCM services.  

Clients of the combined organisation will benefit from access to advanced technology, data analytics, patient engagement tools, payer contracting services, and automation tools.

Since its establishment in 1998, ADVOCATE RCM, based in Dublin, Ohio, has made investments in technology and innovation, establishing a billing process that consistently delivers revenue results for its clients.  

The leadership of ADVOCATE RCM will retain their positions in the combined entity. 

For this deal, financial advisory was provided by Baird to Varsity Healthcare Partners and Ventra, and by Lincoln International to ADVOCATE RCM and Talisman Capital Partners.
