US-based virtual-first women's healthcare company Visana Health and a family-building and family-support benefit management company WIN have partnered to offer a comprehensive women's healthcare solution to employers and health plans across the US.
This collaboration aims to enhance women's overall health and well-being from menstruation to menopause.
Through this alliance, Visana's clinical expertise in women's health will be integrated with WIN's extensive reach in fertility benefits, creating a coordinated approach to healthcare at reduced expenses.
WIN CEO Dr Roger Shedlin said: “The disparities within women's healthcare derail women at the peak of their careers - negatively impacting businesses - making perimenopause and menopause care and support coordination a critical part of benefit solutions.
“Our clients recognise that providing end-to-end support and care coordination for women's healthcare concerns is not only a key clinical offering, but a strategic investment in a healthier, more productive and engaged workforce.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Visana to bring comprehensive, integrated women's health care and coordination to more women everywhere.”
This partnership will provide WIN patients with access to Visana-trained clinicians, covering a wide range of women's health conditions.
Additionally, Visana patients can access WIN's family-building services, including diagnostics, treatment options, adoption, surrogacy, and family support.
Visana Health co-founder and CEO Joe Connolly said: “We are proud to partner with WIN, one of the longest-standing and most trusted fertility benefits managers, to provide our patients with access to fertility care and family-building resources.
“This partnership also provides our employer partners with the most comprehensive women's health solution that meets the needs of all women in the workplace, regardless of what stage of life they're in.”
